About Us
There is no facet of the industry INCEPTION Advisory Group does not touch. Starting from the point of conceiving a cannabis operation, INCEPTION is involved. INCEPTION designs facilities and provides construction management; it confronts operations management challenges; it deals with optimizing every element of operations, advises on real estate issues – buy or sell, it guides financial planning – including capital, mergers/acquisitions. Innovation is a watch-word of our efforts, but nothing is more important than advising clients in a manner that works well within established and anticipated regulatory guidelines.
In the nascent stages of legal cannabis use in the United States, states did not have the budgets necessary to provide sufficient consumer protection through regulatory channels – not enough people for the job. Regulatory capacity is catching up, which means that cannabis facilities that were established without attention to appropriate care to detail will be pushed into alterations, some of which are expensive. Some have already been forced out of business, particularly in California.
With more than five years of designing cannabis facilities, The INCEPTION Team has an understanding of viable regulatory demands, and the trends. That experience morphs into a safety net for INCEPTION clients. We know what must be done. We do it right.
